Because of the nature of personal emergency response monitoring, flexibility is needed in a Help or Response Center; detailed information such as special needs and responder relationships are different for each customer. Our ‘all Canadian’ Safe Harbour call centre is designed to provide the flexibility subscribers and loved ones will need to maintain independence and peace of mind and has state-of-the-art backup capabilities in the event of massive power failures.
Customizing the monitoring service may include the order in which responders should be called; which responders MUST be notified in case of an emergency incident, which responders have a key to the client’s residence; lockbox codes, the Vial of Life program, etc.
